What is the Tripspread website?

TripSpread is an online marketplace connecting crafters, artists, and local producers with a global audience and travelers. The platform features an interactive map where sellers can showcase their products, events, and workshops, fostering a vibrant community while offering users the ability to discover and engage with unique, locally crafted items.

Is TripSpread free for crafters, artists, and local producers?

Absolutely! TripSpread is entirely free for local sellers. You can register and add contacts, information, and more without any charges.

While using TripSpread is free, our basic plan limits the number of products you can add to 10. This ensures that each product receives optimal visibility on our platform.

 

How to join TripSpread as a seller?

Step 1: Click "Join Us"

Visit our website and click on the "Join Us" button prominently displayed. This will kickstart your journey to becoming part of the TripSpread community.

Step 2: Create a Seller Profile

Fill in the required information to create your seller profile. Include details about your craft and business and a brief introduction. This is your chance to showcase your uniqueness to the global audience. Make sure to add your location, as it's essential for connecting with local buyers and travelers.

Step 3: Add Your Products

Once your profile is set up, start adding your products. Highlight up to 10 of your best creations to captivate potential customers and travelers. Upload enticing images and provide engaging descriptions to make your products stand out.

Step 4: Include Contacts and Links

Make it easy for interested buyers to connect with you. Add your contact information, including email, phone, and other preferred communication methods. Include links to your website or social media platforms to expand your online presence further.

Step 5: Showcase Your Craft to the World

Congratulations! You're now part of the TripSpread community. Your crafts are ready to be discovered by a global audience and travelers seeking unique, locally crafted items.

But that's not all!

You can also add temporary sale locations, such as craft markets or other events, and shop locations where customers can purchase your products. This feature enhances your visibility during events and helps customers discover your products in physical locations.

Is there an option to list more than 10 products?

Absolutely! If you wish to list more than 10 products, we offer subscription plans with additional features. Check out our Subscription Terms and Conditions for more details.

Why do I need to specify a location?

Adding a location is mandatory so that users can see where you are from, and by separating yourself from a location, you are more visible.

You can specify the location as follows:
- by entering the address in the input field,
- using the auto-locate button while in this location,
- you can drag the pin to your location on the small map.

If you don't want to specify an exact address, you can specify an approximate one by entering only the street's name or place, or you can drag the pin to the desired location on the small map.

I want to list my products on TripSpread

Can I list my products on Tripspread?

Anyone with a Seller profile at Tripspread can be a seller and list their products. All you need to do is go to the My Account section, choose My listings, and add information about your products. Listing up to ten products is free.

Do I need any licence to list my products on Tripspread?

No, generally you do not need a licence to add your products to Tripspread. However, you must get familiar and comply with local (i.e. country of your residence or registration of your business) regulations regarding product offers online. There can be special requirements for advertising e.g. alcohol and tobacco.

Can I edit my product listing?

Yes, you can use the “edit” option to update your product listing.

What if I have more than one shop?

In your Sellers profile you can provide addresses of all of your shops.

 

Payments

Subscription plan

For the subscription, at the moment, only online card payments are accepted. We use Stripe as our payment processor; therefore, you can use any debit or credit card supported by Stripe.

 

My account

Do I have to create an account to use Tripspread?

No account creation is necessary for users looking to explore and browse TripSpread! Browsing and navigating our website to discover unique local crafts and artisans is free.

To join as a seller, you must create a Seller profile.

Can I have more than one account?

No. You may have only one account on Tripspread.

Can I change account information?

Yes, you can change your account information. However, if you have registered with a social media account (such as Google or Facebook) you can’t change your name and email address as they are set by social networks.

What if I forget my password?

If you have registered to Tripspread using email and forgot your password, just click on the link “Request a new one” under the login form to reset it.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account by signing in, going to “Update my details” and “Close my account” at the bottom of the page.

We may retain information that is necessary for us to comply with applicable laws or to protect our interest in case of possible disputes. Please see our Privacy policy for more details.

 

Other

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletters?

When we send marketing communication we always add an unsubscription link or information at the end of the message. You can also unsubscribe by sending us an email to mail@tripspread.com.

However, when you unsubscribe from marketing emails you still will receive transactional emails related to your use of service, for example, messages related to payments, changes in Terms and conditions etc.
